- Assess the condition of the vinyl liner, coping and decking or if you have a concrete pool, we will assess the condition of the paint or marbelite, tile and coping
- Pressure test your plumbing lines to ensure there are no leaks
- Inspect the pool equipment (pump, filter, heater, chlorinator, and winter cover) and make sure that these are in functioning order and that there are no leaks or other visible problems
