Bremner Pool & Spa offers a wide variety of services and products.
Our service rates are normally based on two men on a truck. Most of our work is flat rated so you know what you are paying in advance and when this is not possible and we are working hourly we have a pretty good idea as to how long things will take. You will find that our men are quite efficient at what they do and will get the job done in a timely manner. Bremner Pool & Spa also sells most products available in the pool industry. We are members of a 45 member buying group called Independent Pool Group. We purchase almost all of our products directly from manufacturers thus cutting out a middle distributor. This allows us to be very competitive in our industry.
In order to remain competitive in our industry Bremner Pool & Spa has a very efficient office structure and staff. Each customer has a computerized profile which we are constantly upgrading. When we generate a work order our service technician has customer contact information, a list of equipment, notes on customer's previous requests and notes on the immediate problem. At the same time map quest generates a map with exact directions to your home.
We operate 18 state of the art service trucks out of our location at 637 Kingston Rd. in Pickering. In Toronto, we service Scarborough, North York, East York and Forest Hill; In Markham, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Unionville and Markham; and in Durham Region we service Courtice, Bowmanville, Clarington, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby and Oshawa.
